Monster Shirts guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange orders from Monster Shirts by mail or in person at our Mesa location.

You must have proof of purchase (receipt or purchase order) for all returns and exchanges.

Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Monster Shirts is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

• Include the item(s) to be refunded or replaced.
